Affiliate an Organization
We are committed to working with people and organizations around the world to create positive social change through the sport of loofball.
Please note that Loofball Sport Development Initiative (LSDI), at the moment, is the sole controlling body of loofball. As such, prospective affiliates are advised to explore our website to learn more about our operations.
As affiliates of LSDI in their respective states, regions or countries, organizations have an obligation to respect the values and ideals of LSDI and to aid realizing her mission and objectives.
How to Affiliate
- To affiliate an organization, kindly download our affiliation application form here.
- Read the terms and conditions therein.
- Fill out the form and send to admin@lsd-initiative.org (attach supporting documents if applicable), with "AFFILIATION REQUEST" as the subject.
- Once your application is successful, you will be sent an invoice to pay the appropriate affiliation fee. On paying the affiliation fee, you'll receive an email (with affiliation certificate attached) notifying you of your induction as an affiliate of LSDI.
- To renew affiliation, kindly follow the above procedure.
