PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
When you use our website we may sometimes ask for your contact details (Name, phone number, email address etc), for example, when you sign up for our newsletter, fill our invitation form, donation or guidance form, or contact us via our enquiry form. ONLINE TRANSACTIONS AND REFUND
Online payments to LSDI are handled by established and trusted banking institutions or agents. By using their service, you agree to their terms and conditions.
With regard to invitations/bookings, cancellations of events received at least 14 days before the event start date will be eligible to receive a full refund. However, There will be no refund and event for cancellations received less than 14 days before the event start date. Additionally, donations made to LSDI are non-refundable.
Payments for any of our services shall be refunded if such service for any reasons could not be offered by LSDI. For example, when you pay for our Expert Coaching service and we are unable to send a coach, your initial payment will be refunded as soon as possible. We will contact you for banking details to initiate the refund. Maximum period for refund is ten (10) days after request.
DISCLAIMER
LSDI does everything necessary to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this website. However, LSDI is not responsible for the content or reliability of linked web sites. Links to third party website should not be taken as endorsement of any kind, as we have no control over the content and reliability of those sites.
JURISDICTION
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
