The 2023 edition of Girls for Sport program was a massive success, with great turnout reported from across the LSDI partner schools.
The forthnight-long program involved outdoor activities including body exercises, extensive skills drills, mini games/matches and interactive sessions.
The program is an innovative platform created by the LSDI to encourage female participation in loofball and sports entirely, thereby bridging the gender gap in sports.
The LSDI will look to expand the program beyond the school domain in the near future, with the objective to inspire young women by exposing them to leadership opportunities in sports and sports development.
